Kendal is a results driven retail leasing professional with nearly a decade of experience enhancing open air shopping centers throughout the Northeast. Through thoughtful tenant curation, strong retailer relationships, and a hands on, market focused approach, she has played an integral role in the leasing and strategic positioning of more than 2 million square feet of retail assets. Kendal consistently aligns leasing execution with ownership objectives to strengthen asset performance and create long term value.

Kendal began her career at DLC Management as a Leasing Intern, where she quickly distinguished herself through her market awareness, initiative, and natural ability to connect with retailers. She advanced to Leasing Associate and ultimately Leasing Representative, supporting redevelopment initiatives, new acquisitions, and day to day leasing activity throughout the tristate region. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in tenant outreach, financial analysis, and collaboration across departments, skills that continue to shape her approach today.

Prior to joining TLG, Kendal served as a Leasing Representative at Levin Management, where she exclusively oversaw a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of New Jersey shopping centers. During her tenure, she worked with tenants including CVS, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, MY SALON Suite, Jersey Mike’s, SalonCentric, and Nothing Bundt Cakes. She is recognized for translating retailer demand and market intelligence into well executed transactions that elevate asset performance and sustain leasing momentum.

Kendal’s disciplined work ethic and competitive drive are rooted in her experience as a Division I track and cross country athlete at Monmouth University. She contributed to multiple conference championships and school records and served as team captain. The rigor of Division I athletics instilled in her a deep sense of resilience, ambition, and accountability. These qualities continue to define her approach to brokerage: persistent, strategic, and relentlessly focused on results.

Kendal is an active member of ICSC and earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Monmouth University.
